​The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year, light at its peak, before the slow turn toward harvest and rest. The fall equinox, three months later, is the threshold where day and night fall into balance again.

 

This whole arc is the Circle's Founding Season. Everything built this past years (The Path to EASE course, the full Masterclass Archive, and the Becoming Workbook) is now part of the membership. And anyone who joins between now and the equinox locks in the founding rate of $67/month, for as long as they stay.

 

After the equinox, new members join at $97/month.

Hi, I’m Amanda.

I’m a neuroscientist and health coach, certified Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training consultant and Level 1 Instructor, Applied Quantum Biology practitioner and circadian health educator. I help people move from stuck and overwhelmed to resilient, grounded, and in rhythm with their body’s own wisdom.

My approach is rooted in a simple but profound conviction: that life is fundamentally relational. That health, like a murmuration, emerges not from the individual parts but from the quality of the connections between them. I created the Wellness With Ease Circle because I know from lived experience that healing happens best when you're held — by community, by rhythm, by a body of knowledge that honors both ancient wisdom and contemporary science.

 

I've lived the journey from chronic pain and burnout to deep, sustainable healing. And I did not do it alone.

Common Questions

Do I need to have worked with Amanda before? Not at all. The membership welcomes women at every stage, whether you’re brand new to nervous system work or you’ve been practicing for years. Amanda guides each call so everyone can participate fully, regardless of experience. ​

What if I can’t make the live calls? Every call is recorded and added to your member library. You also have access to the full masterclass archive, resource guides, and community space between calls. Many members engage primarily through replays and the community, and get tremendous value. ​

What is Primitive Reflex Integration / Rhythmic Movement Training? Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training uses gentle, rhythmic patterns that mirror the movements our brains needed in infancy to develop properly. When primitive reflexes remain active or re-emerge (due to stress, trauma, or illness), they can contribute to anxiety, pain, focus issues, and emotional dysregulation. RMT helps your nervous system complete those patterns. It’s gentle, suitable for all ages, and requires no special equipment, just a comfortable space on the floor. ​

How is this different from other wellness memberships? Most memberships focus on one modality — and most deliver information without community. The Wellness With Ease Circle uniquely integrates three root-cause frameworks: Primitive Reflex Integration through Blomberg RMT, circadian rhythm optimization, and nervous system regulation through hydration and light. But what makes it genuinely different is the container itself. This is not a course with a Facebook group attached. It is a living community — a coherent field of women in ongoing relationship with one another and with the work. There is something that happens inside that field that no protocol or program, consumed alone, can replicate. The Circle is intentionally kept small so that every member is seen, not just subscribed.

How do the LIVE Calls work? Rather than a fixed weekly schedule, live coaching calls are held by the New Moon and Full Moon — roughly every two weeks, timed to the actual lunar cycle instead of the calendar. There is no Monday in nature, and we wanted our gathering to reflect that. Each call offers two time slots, 12pm and 7pm ET, so you can join whichever fits your day and time zone. Every call includes guided Rhythmic Movement Training, a teaching topic, and Q&A. Full season dates are published in your Hub at each solstice and equinox, with Zoom links and calendar links for easy adding — so you always know what's ahead. Between calls, your rhythm email and the private community space keep you connected.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. Stay as long as the membership serves you, and you’re always welcome to return.

Do I have to share on calls? No. Many members come simply to listen, learn, and feel supported. Participation is always optional.

How long before I see changes? Many members begin noticing shifts within weeks, but the deepest changes come from consistent support over months. This is designed to be a long-term support space.

Why is this a membership instead of a course? Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation or on a deadline. This membership gives you ongoing support, repetition, and community — the conditions real change requires.

What is "The Path to EASE"? It's a self-paced, 4-part guided course . EASE is an acronym for Embody, Appreciate, Soothe, Elevate. The course is included in your membership. It combines masterclasses, written lessons, and reflection practices into one cohesive journey, with a bonus research module for anyone who wants to go deeper into the science. You'll find it in your Hub.

What happens to my price after the equinox? If you join during the Founding Season (between the summer solstice and the fall equinox), your $67/month rate stays locked in for as long as you remain a member — even after new members start joining at $97/month. There's nothing you need to do to keep it; it's simply your rate.
