Personalized support, delivered consistently and with care.

When you join, you'll schedule your first 1:1 coaching call. and receive follow-up emails with everything you need: access to your private member dashboard, and entry to the community resource hub. Your subscription includes:

  • Two private coaching calls per month (60 minutes each—with flexibility to go longer if needed)

  • Detailed notes after each call so you can focus on the conversation

  • Unlimited support via email and text between sessions

  • Lifetime-access tools designed to integrate smoothly into your life and family rhythm

Each call builds on the last. Between sessions, you'll have time to practice and reflect—ensuring each change sticks.

  • Monthly Live Masterclasses: 3rd Wednesday of each month, 7pm EST via Zoom (90 min); topics vary

  • Access to Masterclass archives: Watch previous talks on your own time
