Here’s what’s included: - Six private coaching sessions (60 minutes each, ~ every 2 weeks) Receive steady, focused support tailored to your unique journey, helping you build momentum and clarity. - Personalized action plan Clear, doable next steps crafted just for you, so you always know exactly what to focus on. - Follow-up notes & email support After each session, detailed notes keep insights fresh, plus ongoing email access for questions and encouragement between sessions. - Live monthly masterclasses + full archive access Dive into essential topics with monthly live trainings and revisit anytime through the Member Dashboard (see below). - 3 months of weekly group coaching included (a $97/month value) Stay motivated and connected with a supportive community. This includes Group Rhythmic Movement Training, Q&A time, and access to the full Group Coaching Dashboard with weekly follow-up emails, a private blog, masterclass archives, coaching call recordings, and more. If you choose to continue group coaching after your 6 private sessions, your card will be charged monthly thereafter. Cancel anytime.
