My name is Amanda Conta Steencken
I'm a neuroanatomist turned nervous system specialist ~ a certified BRMT instructor, applied quantum biology practitioner, and circadian health educator based in upstate New York.
After decades of navigating my own chronic pain and frustration with conventional care, I discovered that healing happens, not through force, but through rhythm, relationship, and trust in the body’s design.
I created Horaios Wellness to share what I’ve learned: that when you align with your body’s natural rhythms and give your nervous system what it needs, healing follows.
