Hi everyone,

Our Monday coaching calls are now at 12:30 PM ET (please note TIME CORRECTION, from email sent this past Friday) ~ 12;30pm ET is perfect for lunch on the East Coast, easier for West Coast folks, and finally doable for prospective European members!

Now, we need your help picking the best Tuesday coaching call time. Please vote for the option that works best for you:

Tuesday Options (ET) [Wednesday for Australia/New Zeland]:

  • 5:30 PM ET (New York time)

  • 6:30 PM ET (New York time)

  • 7:00 PM ET (New York time)

Other time zones

Central Time: 4:30 / 5:30 / 6:00 PM CT 

Mountain Time: 3:30 / 4:30 / 5:00 PM MT 

West Coast: 2:30 / 3:30 / 4:00 PM PT 

Perth, Australia: 5:30 / 6:30 / 7:00 AM Wednesday mornings 

Sydney, Australia: 8:30 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM Wednesday mornings.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls

Choose your time: Monday at 12:30pm EST (new time!) or Tuesday at 4pm EST. 

EST = New York time. Keep scrolling for ways to join.


This is your protected time for guided BRMT (Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training). Even if you’re not practicing on your own, showing up once a week in this safe, supportive space can bring incredible ease and regulation into your daily life.

✅ How to RSVP

To reserve your spot each week:

  1. Log into the Members Area at horaioswellness.com (top right corner).

  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Group Coaching Dashboard.”

  3. Click RSVP for the Monday or Tuesday call, then follow the prompts to complete the booking. (You won’t be charged as long as you’re logged in, your membership gives you access automatically.)

  4. After RSVPing, go to “My Bookings” in the Members Area to view your upcoming sessions and Zoom links.

If you forget to RSVP but find yourself free at the last minute, no worries, just use the appropriate “Just In Case” Zoom Link below to join the call.✨ Hint: These links stay the same each week!
