Life Isn’t Waiting to Begin, It’s Happening Now.

This week is just another gentle nudge to embrace the In-Between, that sacred, messy space of becoming. To live while we wait...

  • for the pain to subside

  • for the extra weight to melt away

  • for the rash to disappear

  • for the relationship to mend

  • for the job or home situation to sort itself out

  • for the hormones to chill out

  • for clarity to arrive

  • for our bodies to remember how to feel like home again


Let this be your reminder: you’re not on pause. You’re already in it. This is the path. Not the part that comes after. Not the clean, polished version of you on the other side. Now.

📚 Must-read (again): The Nature Reset. I shared this with you for a reason. Dig it out from under the pile. Revisit it. Let it remind you of your place in the natural order. Let it call you back to yourself.

What’s your tree? Your chosen nature spot?

When’s the last time you just… touched grass, as the kids say?


Try it:

Sit.

Notice.

Feel the wind in your hair.

Let the sun warm your skin.

Admire the flower you didn’t plant.

Read the clouds like scripture.

Be where your feet are.

 

When we’re in the thick of it (itching, bloated, foggy, exhausted, inflamed) that’s not a sign that something’s wrong. That’s the very place healing happens. The moment we’ve been taught to fear, suppress, escape is actually the moment we’re invited to deepen.

Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too."  You don’t need to chase the perfect salve or tincture or protocol. Those things can help, but they’re not the source of your healing. You are. 


Your body knows how to heal. It always has. It’s never fighting you. It’s not broken. 

It’s doing the very best it can with the inputs you give it. Shift the inputs & the outputs shift naturally.

 

If you're currently on a pharmaceutical medication, this doesn't disqualify you. It means your healing journey will include rebuilding the internal infrastructure that supports natural balance. This isn’t about quitting cold turkey or rushing toward “natural". This is about honoring nuance, respecting the pace, and restoring what was always there beneath the noise.


This isn’t your final form. This isn’t how you “turned out.” This is your opportunity to shift the paradigm.

 

So slow down. Always. And dare to live while you wait.

You are healing. Right now.
