Metamorphosis

And then she goes on to put into beautiful words what you all have been living in the flesh:

 

"If you feel like you're soup but you’ve been doing it all and living the truth as best you can, know you’re doing it perfectly. Give it time. Even if you don’t think you can, you can. A pause isn’t a stop. A night of “why” is not failure and will not push away your transformation. It’s part of it. We analyze too much often at the wrong time. We start the questions once we’re already deep into the breakdown of the old. Turning back isn’t an option. When it all gets too heavy, find how nature shows you lightness, promises, violent magnificent change that ends up in something so delicately perfect. You’ll look back one day and see the perfection but it might not be today. Just don’t throw in the towel. You are shedding your skin. You are keeping all of you just rearranging it in a way that flies instead of inching. To do that takes the disorientation of transformation, time, promises and grace. Your chrysalis requires you to keep choosing it." Your life requires that you keep choosing it. Your life is your medicine. There’s a portion that is you moving into position and another that is letting life do what it does and trusting yourself as you beautifully move through it."

To paraphrase Robert Frost:

"The only way forward is THROUGH."

  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Group Coaching Dashboard.”

  3. Click RSVP for the Monday or Tuesday call, then follow the prompts to complete the booking.(You won’t be charged as long as you’re logged in, your membership gives you access automatically.)

  4. After RSVPing, go to “My Bookings” in the Members Area to view your upcoming sessions and Zoom links.
